Welcome to Axis Logistics. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any shipments booked or managed through Axis Logistics (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Services Offered

Axis Logistics provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to shipment booking, parcel delivery, real-time tracking, invoice generation, courier management, and nationwide/international shipping solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.


2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

3. Shipment Booking & Customer Responsibilities

When booking a shipment with Axis Logistics, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate sender and recipient details (name, address, phone number)
  • Declare the contents, weight, and value of your shipment honestly
  • Ensure that the items shipped comply with local, national, and international laws
  • Properly pack and label your parcel to prevent damage during transit
  • Pay all applicable shipping charges, taxes, and duties

Inaccurate or false information may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the shipment.


4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through Axis Logistics:

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapons
  • Flammable, hazardous, or radioactive materials
  • Counterfeit goods or pirated products
  • Live animals or perishable goods (unless pre-approved)
  • Cash, valuable jewelry, or precious metals (unless declared and insured)
  • Any item prohibited by local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to refuse or return any shipment that violates these restrictions. Customers shipping prohibited items will be held fully responsible for any legal or financial consequences.


5. Pricing & Payment

  • All shipping rates are calculated based on parcel size, weight, destination, and service type.
  • Prices may change without prior notice based on operational costs, fuel charges, or regulatory updates.
  • Payment must be made in full before or at the time of shipment booking, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments through approved channels (bank transfer, cash on delivery, online payment gateways, etc.).
  • Failure to pay may result in delays, withholding of shipments, or suspension of service.

6. Delivery & Transit Times

Axis Logistics strives to deliver every shipment within the estimated time frame. However, please note that:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by such delays.

7. Tracking & Notifications

Every shipment booked with Axis Logistics is assigned a unique tracking number. Customers can track shipments in real-time through our website. While we make every effort to provide accurate and timely tracking updates, we are not responsible for temporary system outages or delays in status updates.


8. Loss, Damage, and Claims

In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment:

  • Customers must report the issue within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • Claims must be submitted with the tracking number, invoice, and supporting evidence (photos, documents).
  • Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum compensation amount stated in our shipping agreement, whichever is lower.
  • Claims for prohibited or undeclared items will not be accepted.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Shipments can be cancelled before pickup, subject to a cancellation fee (if applicable).
  • Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
  • Service charges, customs fees, and non-refundable costs will not be returned.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Axis Logistics website β€” including text, graphics, logos, images, and software β€” is the property of Axis Logistics and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.


11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Interfere with the functionality or security of our platform
  • Misuse our tracking system or provide false shipment information

Violation of these terms may result in suspension of services and legal action.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Logistics shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit, business opportunity, or data
  • Damages caused by third-party delivery partners, customs authorities, or unforeseen events
  • Delays or failures caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific shipment in question.


13. Force Majeure

Axis Logistics shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.


14. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.
